Protection of Personal Data

1. Purpose of the Clarification Text and Our Platform’s Position as Data Controller:
Our platform, Pınar Hotel, is considered a "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") regarding personal data of customers. This Clarification and Consent Text aims to inform customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by Pınar Hotel under the Law and to obtain their explicit consent for the situations specified in Article 3 below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
Personal data belonging to customers is processed by Pınar Hotel for purposes such as ensuring that the relevant units perform necessary tasks and processes to enable individuals to benefit from the services provided by Pınar Hotel, ensuring that necessary work is performed by the relevant units for the realization of activities carried out by Pınar Hotel, planning and executing Pınar Hotel's business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-occupational security of Pınar Hotel and related parties, and customizing and recommending services offered by Pınar Hotel to individuals based on their preferences, usage habits, and needs. These processes are carried out within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. 3. Personal Data Processed Based on Customers’ Explicit Consent and Processing Purposes:
In cases where the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law are not met, Pınar Hotel must obtain the explicit consent of customers to process their personal data.

Within this scope, personal data may be processed based on customer consent for purposes such as creating campaigns for customers, conducting cross-sales, determining target audiences, tracking customer activities to enhance user experience, improving the functionality of Pınar Hotel’s website and mobile application, personalizing them according to customer needs, conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities, segmentation, targeting, analysis, and in-clinic reporting activities, market research, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities, and planning and executing customer relationship management processes. Additionally, it may be processed for purposes such as planning and executing sales and marketing processes of Pınar Hotel’s services and enhancing loyalty to Pınar Hotel's services. These data may also be shared with the parties specified in this Clarification and Consent Text.

4. Transfer of Customers’ Personal Data:
Personal data belonging to customers may be shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law for purposes such as enabling individuals to benefit from the services provided by Pınar Hotel, ensuring that relevant units perform necessary tasks and processes for the realization of Pınar Hotel's activities, planning and executing Pınar Hotel’s business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-occupational security of Pınar Hotel and related parties, and customizing and recommending services provided by Pınar Hotel to individuals based on their preferences, usage habits, and needs. These data may be shared with clinic officials, affiliates, business partners, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private entities.

5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:
Personal data are collected from customers electronically or physically. The collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the legal reasons and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and this Clarification and Consent Text.

6. Rights of Personal Data Owners:
Under Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the following rights: (i) to learn whether their personal data is processed, (ii) to request information if their personal data has been processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose, (iv) to know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, (v) to request correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request notification of such correction to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, (vi) to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data despite its processing in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, (vii) to object to the emergence of a result against themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and (viii) to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of their personal data.

Requests related to the use of these rights can be submitted by data subjects through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698, available at https://www.pamukkalepinarhotel.com/. Pınar Hotel will evaluate these requests and finalize them within 30 days. Pınar Hotel reserves the right to charge fees based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board for such requests.
